Beautiful meal. When asked if I could change my choice slightly there was no issues and the food arrived promptly and it was lovely. The bar staff where very helpful and very happy
Went to the oak for Sunday lunch today. Lovely service and great staff really enjoyed it. Prices are good. Local what more can you want
First time we have been to the royal oak we both had fish and chips and peas it was very good and hot the tartar sauce was homemade lovely would definitely recommend and we will be going back
Lovely friendly pub. Food is good. Freshly cooked. I had scampi homemade chips (all 9 of them) and mushy peas. I thought the peas tasted weird asked a friend to taste them and she said they were lovely. Everyone's taste is different I suppose. Nice pub I would go again for sure
Really nice pub. I go here to treat myself as the food is so good! The staff are lovely. Very welcoming and happy to accommodate most requests. There are several pubs near by but this one is head and shoulders above the rest. Kids are welcome and when there's a sporting event, the screen(s) are quality and the atmosphere is excellent. Can't rate The Royal Oak highly enough...!
