Good selection of real ales. Food good but a little pricey.
Superb real ale selection, great beer festivals. Good range of ciders too. Food is good, home cooked feel and great value. Great Sunday lunch too.
This is a nice little pub with good staff.... but, we ordered the fish & chips (Ale Battered Hake) which, at 12, was not cheap. We each received an undersized rectangular block of fish? a pot of chunky chips and some tired looking mushy peas. It all tasted just OK but was very disappointing at the price.
Nice place. Lovely food. Dislike food served on slate though. Scrape the sauce and it sounds like the builders are in! That cost a star from us.
